"I stayed 5 nights during a cold spell (Low 50s-F at night). Location is great but a bit hard to find inside a small lane. Staff was friendly and prompt with service, especially if you connect with them on Line. Like most hotels in Taiwan there was no heater in the room, but they provided an extra comforter which helped. Amenities are good for the low price I paid; there's a mini-fridge but no access to microwave (again, not unusual). Love having an electric tea kettle for instant hot water. Even...

She even directed our driver where to park the vehicle and recommended him where to stay. She also directed my friend where to do her laundry. "The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room.
