"Turtle Bay Inn is an unassuming hotel that felt like discovering an oasis! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I had the villa and it felt like we had the pool space all to ourselves. The room was super clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at a 4 star resort! "This is a lovely property at the edge of a forested natural area. The location is terrific if you want to be in nature (which I did!). Each staff member was super friendly. The pool was clean (and warm!) and the courtyard just wonderful. The flowering trees, abundance of birds, and adjacent trails were dreamy. Our balcony was amazing. It would be good for anyone visiting to know in advance about the difficulties in eating, especially dinner. The café on the property is open 8-4 M-Th, and...

"Our 1 night stay was pleasent. We were able to comunicate by phone with manager the person in charge his name if I remmenber was Armando/Ricardo he was very desent and make us feel comfortable. The stay has like tropical fancy vibe from the outside and inside view. Nice for couple or friends trip. Walkable to any restaurant or shop options next to it."

We were told they had the same amenities and the staff was very nice but the picture and description I held in my hand had nothing in common. What I paid for and was excited to experience was not what we were offered. The picture should not still be posted!"
