"5 Night Stay close to family. Did the job, staff were excellent, my bed was a bit bouncy but wifes ok. Breakfast lovely could not fault. Bar reasonable priced and draft beer was good unlike some hotels we have stayed at. Little things that can make a difference to some people should be acted upon and not much to fix were: Needs new toilet roll holder and some paint to cover mould especially in bathroom. "Such a beautiful property! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was perfect (for a low cost) and the dinner was delicious, I got the Guinness pie. Rooms were a little small but just right for me and my daughter. We went in the winter time so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful grounds. Highly recommend. "

Positives : great friendly staff team, good breakfast, free parking, clean room, good heating, right by Farnborough airport, excellent value relative to other local options, places to eat in evening within a 2 minute walk. "We stayed 2 nights while attending a family wedding. The hotel is old but very clean. It could do with an update in some areas especially the showers in the rooms. That said we had a warm comfortable stay and would stay again. The breakfast was fine could have been hotter but plenty choice. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were great and attended to any request promptly. Another plus is that there is plenty parking and a lift if you find stairs difficult. "

"I really enjoyed my stay and they were so helpful. My flight from Scotland got me to Chichester (via Gatwick!) by 9.50am on the day of my arrival and I had an important Zoom meeting at 10. Not only did they let me into the premises they gave me access to my room and I made my meeting exactly on time, even with a coffee and biscuit from my room. Breakfast the next day was excellent as well so no complain, only gratitude."
