"The good: The beds and pillows are comfy, linens were fresh, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were filled in the shower, we had enough towels/washcloths, TV and remotes worked, coffee station was stocked, fridge was clean and operational The bad: Although the room seemed clean, it smelled like it had been closed up with the AC off for at least a week. The coffee area only had 1 regular coffee, the other 3 were decaf. A bunch of the lights in the parking lot are out. A light on the second floor...

"Stayed 3 nights, 1st night people being loud in hall way by elevator, 2nd night asked for daily room service and it wasn't performed and dumpster came in middle of night, 3rd night person above stomped around till 330am. Our room needed maintenance on eallpaper.."

"I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. "
