"This is a very nice home. The carpeting is dated and extremely worn in the bedrooms and there are splatters of paint dripped over some of the other floors. There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies in the home. All in all, the home was nice, clean, very spacious and comfortable. One of the beds is a waterbed which is not described in the listing. The house is priced right for what you get. The host was responsive to requests and left a nice gift for our stay. The neighborhood was safe...
