Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great"

"I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing. I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests. Overall, our experience was a very good...
