The code we were eventually given was wrong so we had to go back to the front desk. She called again and got the proper code. We didn't need that after a long day of travel to get there. "

"Love this place! So comfortable it feels like home, but much cleaner. Kids have so much fun in the private hot tub. We also really appreciate the air conditioning on these hot summer days. Perfect location - just a 5 min walk from the village. We will come again. And again. And again…."

"So much space for Whistler. Lovely to not feel on top of each other. Older style apartment (CD players, older furniture), but the space and ski in/out location was brilliant. We didn't use the washer or dryer but would be handy for long stays. The location is right up the top of the hill, which isn't super handy for dinners out, but the free bus is regular and only takes 5-10 minutes to get into the village. The management company was great too. Clear and fast information. "

The management company, Whistler Retreats, was responsive to try to rectify the situation (their representative Bryan actually went out on Christmas Eve and bought a small fireplace, incredibly).
