"Great place to stay, close to Lost Lake trails and beach area. Balcony was nice, stays dry when raining. Parking was $25 a night for underground, or can find free parking on a nearby street (summer only). Had to take garbage away or pay a housekeeping fee (ridiculous rule). Overall was a good stay"

"It's a nice location not too far from center village and lost lake beach and ..(free shuttle transportation is the bounce) but the room we were staying was old furniture/creepy and carpets/bed sheets were old and stinky )*i think first floors suites are more convenient since they have a easier access to the suite N parking lots and so on.. Thank you horstman team overall (i had a happy birthday and thanks for letting us for early check-in :) "

"At check-in we were told an email had been sent with room number and door code. No email arrived. The person behind the desk had no record and had to call property management for the information. The code we were eventually given was wrong so we had to go back to the front desk. She called again and got the proper code. We didn't need that after a long day of travel to get there. "
