"Lift out of order, again. However they moved us to a ground floor room with balcony, overlooking the Loch. Beautiful but, room very small, no wardrobes and no double glazing. A sleepless 3 night's. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"Sadly this hotel needs an update all round, the restaurant downstairs was great but the food wasn’t exactly great and to the description on the menu. Rooms are quite small, too warm, and Beds aren’t great. There isn’t many options in the Greenock area so this Hotel will always do well but a major refurb would help. "

"The area is lovely and well kept the log cabin that we stayed in was in need of some TLC and the sofa had definitely seen better days the bed was fine and it had everything in the kitchen that you would need for a short break."

"Great value accommodation and excellent food (also great value) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. It's a sports bar with numerous TV screens and it can get a bit noisy, but ear plugs are provided. Not the greatest location but it was convenient for our requirements. "
