"I made a quick mid week trip to Bendigo to visit the Frida Kahlo exhibition at the fabulous Bendigo Art Gallery. The Hotel Shamrock offered the best price for my needs and was a very handy short walk nearby. The pre-arrival process was a bit odd a they kept emailing me asking for the same information. "The price was good. The room was clean. The staff member who i spoke to was friendly and supportive. Our room was on the second floor and the shower water was great. The queen bed was comfortable to sleep. The lock of our room entrance door did not work properly occasionally. The door should be locked automatically when you shut the door, but a few times we could open the door without using the swipe card. We also had issues using the hotel wifi even though we were connected to it. "
