"The rooms a quite different at this place. I’ve stayed 3 times at a good rate. So I gave it 5 stars for the price. Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat."

"They were great to let us check in early due to a concert as we wouldn’t be able to check in as the concert started before check in time and finished after reception would be closed so was fantastic service and lovely place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves."
