"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. "The surrounding area is bad and attracts loittering oppurtunists, but the staff was amazing. Attached casino gets rowdy but fun nonetheless. Ramada does a good job with security and patrols on the property. "

"The Plaza Resort was suitable for our purpose, a one night stop over on the way to Heavenly. The room was clean & very large. The hotel is dated throughout, however the price is right and the staff was friendly. I would stay again. "

"All over is good, but you have to pay for every single step. If you want to seat at fire pit, you should book it and pay a lot of money. All fire pits were reserved, but for 3 days i didn't see and single person seating there. "
