"This is a beautiful central boutique hotel. The bedrooms are of the highest standard with an amazing attention to detail with lovely personal touches. Easily a match for any 5 star hotel. Lovely bedding, super soft towels, top level bathroom. The best hotel bedroom I encountered on a 5 week canter around NZ and that includes the Park Hyatt in Auckland and the Hermitage in Mount Cook which are both fab. "The host was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The suite was immaculately presented and well appointed with everything we could need. The bed was very clean and comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The wee fan was most helpful in the muggy heat however an air con unit would have been bliss. I had issues connecting to the wifi. I did not mention it to the host (I’m sure there would be a solution) as I used my mobile data instead. The parking was easy and the grounds were lovely and...
