"Fantastic as always. Every time we visit Nelson we stay here. Always clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are so welcoming and kind, great communication leading up to check in and after (we forgot something and staff quickly texted to let us know). Definitely worth the price - 5 stars all around "

"The host was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The suite was immaculately presented and well appointed with everything we could need. The bed was very clean and comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The wee fan was most helpful in the muggy heat however an air con unit would have been bliss. I had issues connecting to the wifi.
