"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage. "The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"
