"very nice looking hotel "

"Was a ok sleep but for like $200 a night it was not quite there. The rooms are old, they have dirty glass cups not plastic, kinda nasty. The hotel needs a Reno, not to mention pool was closed, patio was closed and most other amenities were closed. Breakfast was not included for that price. Not impressed really but the customer service was awesome."

"The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the inside pool was unheated. My kids had been talking about swimming for the entire 3 hour car ride to this hotel, so we took a very cold swim which wasn't ideal. Several other families came to the pool and were also disappointed. It was like ice water!"

"FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...
