"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. "Cute place to stay in Fayetteville. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for two. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Good water pressure as well. Parking is behind the building but if the building is full and you have a larger vehicle there is not enough spots for everyone to park. We drove a truck with our bikes on the back so we parked on the street out front. Which was not a problem for us. The apartment has Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs(there is a Keurig)...

"The apartment was on point with description. I stayed there with a couple friends. We were uncomfortable with the camera right above the door on the porch. I understand it is there for security reasons but also feel it violates privacy. We all felt uncomfortable when we came out to the porch to chat. Location is everything!"
