"Room was well cleaned. Cleaning staff were friendly when we passed them as we were departing. Room was quiet and enjoyable, bathroom tired and basic but functional and clean. Swimming pool was larger than expected and a peaceful haven. Negatives were lack of receptionist at departure, being presented with our “bill” and not being permitted to leave without paying… we had already paid. "My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. The staff was so incredible. They were making some construction updates to the hotel while we stayed and as a result we had some issues with our room and the gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. And they gave us so much great advice about where to park and what to do nearby. The room was small but matched the listed description, so it was exactly upon our expectations. Would stay here again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"Our room was very convenient and super clean. The location of this hotel is extremely practical as you go and visit many Castles around in a day trip. There are stores and shop nearby as well. The staff is useful and friendly Unfortunately and unlike advertised, the Wi-Fi is only available in the main building and not the rooms. "Amazing place. Spread over a very large area with small individual appartments, very clean and comfortable and private. Parking at the appartments could be enlarged or redesigned to have cars at the appartments instead of at the end of the road which meant you go wet if it was raining. Also a bit of a walk to the main hotel for meals. Excellent base for exploring the Loire area."

"The hotel is right in the centre of the town, it was easy enough to find with the Sat Nab, but parking is not that easy, we had to ride around twice before we were lucky to find a space near the hotel & is restricted 9am-6pm, ok outside those times, we arrived after 6pm and the hotel very kindly provided a disabled sticker for an hour or so in the morning. "The room was clean and had many unique details. The kitchenette was a bonus. The owners were friendly helpful and professional. The garden was large with numerous places to sit. I would recommend this place to anyone "

"The overall property is nice. It’s located approximately 15 minutes by foot to the town center. The big downside for us was the fact that WiFi was not working with any Apple devices. Being able to connect to WiFi is crucial these days and I hope the management can fix this problem for other incoming guests."
