"The room service staff need to be trained in room cleaning protocol, use of tools for saperate space in the room. The room had a poor odour even after cleaning staff did their job, room decor and furniture has to revamped to give a fresh good feel. The price is a good driver, some training of the staff will help improve the stay experience."

"The staff was very friendly and professional and the property offered a comfortable room, kitchenette and bathroom facilities. I did not use the spa because of time constraints, but the property also offers spa services with a gym in the basement. Great restaurants and Palermo parks nearby. "

"I would highly recommend Pleno Palermo. The staff is incredibly helpful and the property is very nice. Well maintained with great amenities. If you want a terrific two room suite with two bathrooms, ask for room 705!"

"neighbors were noisy, thats hard to control but wasnt pleasant. I wouldve liked to have outlets with usb charging ports. There was women hair on the floor from what I assume was from the previous guest. "
