"Everything was perfect about this property. It was in a great location, bus stop literally at the door. On street parking without issue. The premises themselves were lovely. Very spacious, tasteful but modern interior with comfortable beds & a very flash bathroom (in our family room). We also had a beautiful view of the golf course and racecourse to wake up to. "After a difficult entry ( dark and couldn't see the key pad number) had to phone and was helped. The room was very warm and comfortable bathroom clean and had great shower. Think I was only resident as after getting in I saw nobody ( bit spooky) All in all was excellent value and I would go back again"

"Brae Guesthouse is a little ways out of downtown Edinburgh but just a 10-minute ride on a bus that goes by often. The owner was very nice and extremely helpful. I stayed there at the end of a trip in which numerous things had gone wrong, not least of which was having my wallet and phone stolen. The owner was more than kind and supportive, and made sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property. "
