"My family and I absolutely loved this B & B. Everything was done to a high standard, the staff were amazing and great with my two little ones. The food they do as well was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, just outside of Edinburgh. Carly, the owner is so lovely and friendly too. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! "Everything was perfect about this property. It was in a great location, bus stop literally at the door. On street parking without issue. The premises themselves were lovely. Very spacious, tasteful but modern interior with comfortable beds & a very flash bathroom (in our family room). We also had a beautiful view of the golf course and racecourse to wake up to. "Nice location but room needed an update. Very small bathroom and the sink was in the bedroom. We were only informed that no breakfast was available after we checked in even though we had requested breakfast when we booked. Overall disappointed with the hotel. "

"Brae Guesthouse is a little ways out of downtown Edinburgh but just a 10-minute ride on a bus that goes by often. The owner was very nice and extremely helpful. I stayed there at the end of a trip in which numerous things had gone wrong, not least of which was having my wallet and phone stolen. The owner was more than kind and supportive, and made sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property. "

"This quirky and unique little garden pod was the perfect place for us to stay whilst visiting family in Edinburgh! Warm, cosy and comfortable, with a bus stop nearby for travel to the city centre, we found that we had picked a perfect little gem with this property! The hosts were only ever a call or text message away. and were extremely helpful and accommodating! We would happily stay here again 👍😉"
