We had a one night stay at Craigielaw. Thouroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious well equiped and spotless. We only had one breakfast, so cant comment on the dinner service, but we were very satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending Craigielaw.

Pleasant stay. We were wary about staying at a golf course hotel (not being golfers) but we had a lovely stay. Friendly staff, close to E Lothian towns, lovely evening meal, easy parking. A good alternative to over priced Edinburgh hotels.

Perfect for a quiet weekend away
Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Booked to stay one night as we were attending an even locally but wish we had stayed the whole weekend. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. The rooms are well fitted out with thoughtful attention to detail. The food in the restaurant was great quality with good portion sizes and very tasty. I’d love to see an alternative to plastic single use milk portions and toiletries.

Very thankful for staff acknowledging the late check in and showing around. Explained clearly all aspects and Breakfast was lovely. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the views from tge rooms were spectacular. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't wait to come back and maybe be able to enjoy what looks like a wonderful golf course.

The owners must have spent a lot of money on this premises, decor was excellent, service was excellent. Great staff and nothing was to difficult for them.
