"Clean, comfortable bed, great staff, decent breakfast. The neighborhood is really nice, rather quiet and safe. Excellent location. The only issue that I noticed is that the walls are a bit thin. Luckily, other guests were very respectful and quiet most of the time. The bathroom was large and clean. As a traveler on my own, this hotel met my needs, and I'm glad that I stayed there."

"Seems like it's a former "projects" building converted in to a hotel, in the middle of the "projects". Lots of graffiti around, and it made me wonder why some of the cars in the parking lot had security boots on the steering wheel. AC was old and not working properly on a 98 degree day. Door lock hard to open. Small twin beds. 3 stars are above the entrance door, maybe to keep your expectations low?"

"I booked this hotel for business travel for two colleagues visiting a conference in Milano. Don't book this hotel. They withdrew random amounts from the corporate credit card that can't be reconciled creating accounting and compliance problems. They refuse to help to reconcile the amounts. These random amounts triggered an auto-cancellation. Due to the busy nature of the conference prices went up quickly leading to about 400 EUR in extra cost. Then they requested my colleague to use a different...
