I never made it to milan, the airline canceled my flight, despite buying insurance on expidia and contacting expidia on the day of at 6 am you have yetto cancel the reservation or gotten any thing from insurance over 2 weeks later

Positive: Great location, quest, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Cons: very uncomfortable bed, very small room, very small shower. With the bed so rock hard I barely slept the 3 nights I was here. Fine place to stay on vacation. If you’re traveling for work and need sleep, I would not choose to stay here again.

Overall the stay was excellent but there is not enough staff and the dining area is too small. Breakfast was a nightmare, on our last day there were no tables so we didn’t have a proper breakfast and ended up having to sit in the bar area. However the staff are friendly and very helpful. The accommodation and the hotel itself is excellent just need to employ more staff and extend the dining area.

15 minutes walk to everything
Great location in Milan! On older gentleman at reception was helpful and kind but the rest mostly ignored guests unless asked a question. Breakfast was delicious but a small area proved that it was sometimes somewhat difficult to get a seat and other guests don’t care if you were waiting first.

HORRIBLE FOR THE PRICE LOW QUALITY
Hotel is horrible, I paid a triple room based on the options and pictures displayed on the page. ITS NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY SHOW IN THE PICTURES. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURES. Our room is extremely small WE COULD BARELY FIT. THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER IS EXTREMELY SMALL THAT YOU CANT SHOWER COMFORTABLY. The shower head is to the level of ur face and if you are tall forget it you won’t fit. Is smaller than a airplane bathroom. UNBELIEVABLE ALMOST $400 with all city taxes for a night and its an insult. Lobby staff is rude like if you are there for free. I didn’t want my parents to have a bad experience but it was horrible. In the elevator just two people can fit. Room A/C Not working properly and BED SOOOOOO HARD

Friendly staff, very helpful especially Salvadore, who recommended a lovely restaurant. Centrally located hotel, easy walk to Duomo and other attractions. Only negative was no availability of coffee the room, I dont like tea. Breakfast was good
