"The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. "The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel...

"The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK."
