"Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. The internet was strong and I was on the top floor. Good place to see new year fireworks - there is a rooftop terrace. Mg room 721 has a huge window ledge to put items. "We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. "

"The night manger Oni from Bangladesh was really helpful, friendly and cooperative. The arabic guy in the morning shift wasn’t cooperative at all. He need to learn how to treat guests. Overall, the stay was the amazing. Location of the hotel was just behind Pisa tower"

"The two main attractions are the exceptional price and incredible location. Perfect for my solo travel. Simple and effective. I didn't have breakfast, so can't be the best judge on that aspect, but overall thoroughly enjoyed it and if I return to Pisa, I shall return here."

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space. The hotel parking is just a bit down the street from the hotel, but there is also a parking garage just around the corner. Note that you must go up some stairs in order to access the hotel elevator—not convenient is you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall a good hotel. "

"This is a very comfortable, renovated hotel with modern, fairly spacious rooms. There’s parking on site (for a fee). The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location is obviously very convenient to visit the leaning tower."

"The overall experience was very pleasant, a lovely place to stay and surrounding area was nice with places to eat and a little supermarket 1 minute away. The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. This wasn't a big deal to me but could be for others. Would definitely stay...
