Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. "The location is very nice, although not what was expected. The photos give the impression that the house is on a hill surrounded by nothing but it’s actually very, very close to lots of other houses. Not a problem initially. The view is stunning and the house is nice. However, be warned, you are only getting half a house. The house is very basic. There is no toaster, no microwave and a tiny oven, no iron or ironing board and very little kitchen utensils. This would be a problem if you were...

"This is a very lovely house, well equipped and with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is a good size and half shaded by a lovely tree. Vicopisano is a lovely small town nearby with good restaurants."

"The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property."
