"The hotel is conveniently located close to the Omiya station. The corner room we booked was perfect for 3 people. Breakfast was regular. The organization with the breakfast was chaotic, lots of people all the time so you have to sign on a list and wait until there is space available (even on Sundays when they give you 3 options: 6:30-7:30-8:30). "

"Very convenient location, close to Hachioji station and shops. My room was modern and comfortable with a large, comfortable queen bed. This is Tokyo, so the bed took up most of the room, but there was also a desk and a large window ledge where the TV, glasses and tea kettle were placed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome and safe here."

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. Its also less than a 5 min walk from the station the helpful staff and extras...
