"First time staying there, staff was very polite and helpful. There is a lot of dining options nearby by. It is not close to Disney still had to Uber there the shuttle bus runs to late and couldn’t find the pick up spot. But if you take the 43 bus it drops you off right at the entrance of Disney, that was really helpful. Rooms are pretty good size with bathroom water and cable both worked fine. Good for the price."

"Property itself is dated, but it is kept up beautifully. There are a few "paint" issues that we noticed, but it did not ruin our stay. It is VERY close to Disneyland. The walk is very easy! The room was comfortable, but the ceilings are low. We were on the first floor of the Flamingo Tower. The bathroom tile is also dated and was cracking in spots. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I was impressed with the inside of the building's architecture. I love the breakfast that was included in our stay. It was top-notch for being complimentary. The staff was great, I loved our room because of the giant window that is in the bedroom. The room was clean on arrival. For a Hilton, I expected the beds to be on the nicer, more comfortable side but they were not. The mattress was very hard to sleep on. The bathroom had NO exhaust fan! Not as in not working, it just didn't have one!!...

"We checked in late and the hotel was kind in holding our room. Our stay was comfortable but the vending machines didn't work so we couldn't buy water. We had to use plastic cups and get water from the water dispenser. Also, we didn't have hot water in our shower and the breakfast doesn't have enough options. The meat options only have pork."

"Hotel definitely has some wear and tear on it and could use some updating including the mattresses and pull out beds and some elevators have been down for awhile... yet me and the family still enjoy staying here for the indoor pool and breakfast options. "

"Curtain control did not work. I had to request for maintenance. I didn't ask again when it reoccured because it was getting late at night already. Otherwise, i really appreciated my check in. The ladies were warm and hospitable. They gave me some holiday cookies. Grateful for my stay especially to the staff who checked me in."
