"I was provided with an early check in (which was very appreciated). But the schedule of the shuttle from the airport caused confusion (it was not clearly stated in the hotel's website) which made me wait for about one hour in the airport before knowing there was no service at that time. Other than that, the hotel is clean, the service was fast and the room is spacious."

"The room was nice and clean; the beds were super comfortable. I loved that the BART station was within walking distance and parking onsite was safe. The staff were super friendly and personable. Other than that, the only reason I'm docking a star off is that no one had told us about construction being done in the morning. It wasn't pleasant to wake up to drills and hammers in the morning. But, aside from that, it's a really great value hotel."
