"Easy check in and staff were very helpful. Easy taxi service which proved efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Some sealants in the bathroom look like they need attending to before too long. Nice hot water in the bathroom, storage radiator was also good as it was a cool night. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"I had a delightful stay at Friars Wynd. Check-in is not open (or an option) until noon as reception is the bar. I was hoping to check my bag early but wonderfully the cleaning staff had been through and my room was ready for an early check in. There are no room numbers, just names. I stayed in Ness which overlooked the road out front. The room was nice with a super soft bed and an iron burn in the carpet floor. This reminded me of my past ironing snafus.
