"I'd thought I'd ordered a suite with a balcony, but our large room with a sofa was fine. The breakfast was identical each day of our six-day stay, but delicious. Sunny dining area, very knowledgeable staff always near the front desk. Remember your Type I ("eye") plug adapter, Argentina's the only S. American country to use it. The hotel lent us one, thank you. Metro is a block away, as are many buses in a dedicated lane. Safe, busy neighborhood. Thanks, Luca, for the half-price early morning...

They had a room ready for us and let us check in earlier, which we really appreciate. After long flights and transferring, we were exhausted and we are very thankful that we were allowed in when we arrived. "

The staff helped me with getting rides to center city each day. The hotel is like a little retreat--lots of palm trees, nature, and very quiet and peaceful. Complimentary full breakfast is made-to-order and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped...

"Bed was nice, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - mold spots in bathroom/shower, dust on furniture, etc. Wasn’t all bad, I’d stay again given the price just for a night if in transit - but not longer "

"The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect. They did everything they could to make sure that we got around safely that we knew where everything was that we had all the amenities that we needed. They really were so good to us! The space was perfect for two adults with a refrigerator and good closet space and a safe. The neighborhood is also perfect with two blocks from terrific shopping. It is a very safe area (especially for two solo women travelers) One block from amazing restaurants bus...
