"Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or...

"I'd thought I'd ordered a suite with a balcony, but our large room with a sofa was fine. The breakfast was identical each day of our six-day stay, but delicious. Sunny dining area, very knowledgeable staff always near the front desk. Remember your Type I ("eye") plug adapter, Argentina's the only S. American country to use it. "Carsson hotel is a lovely antique style building! Rooms are ok sized ! Bed slept well and bedding comfy ! Rooms are not sound proof! Daily breakfast is basic not much options ! Staff members are very helpful and kind ! Hotel is in a good location next to everything! Price you pay is well affordable for what you get ! We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms. "The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower."

"We arrived early before the usual check in time due to our flight. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating. They had a room ready for us and let us check in earlier, which we really appreciate. After long flights and transferring, we were exhausted and we are very thankful that we were allowed in when we arrived. "
