"The house is large, and the view is gorgeous, but this is not the place to go for vacation. Like a previous reviewer, we too were looking for a place for our family to gather during Covid. "Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. "This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean."

When there was communication with the property management company they only sent emails that went to spam. Our stay was cancelled and we found out when we arrived at the property. "
