"I arrived late at night trains were delayed. On arrival the system was down but every care was taken to accommodate me whilst they got things back up and running. Suhur was only served until 2 am and no hot drinks but reception staff could see how tired I was and made arrangements for suhur to be served at 3am with hot morrocan tea. It the little things that set apart great customer service. I was really happy and amazed at the service that an offered. . "

The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. "Lovely big old building with antique furniture, lots of wood and mozaïc everywhere. The atrium alone is worth an overnight stay. Located 40 steps from a busy street on the edge of the soukh. Probably has the best view of the whole neighborhood. I recommend going on the roof early in the morning to take in the calls to prayer coming from every angle. But the best part of this place is the staf, very kind, hospitable, and helpful."

"We were dropped off by our driver and met by a person from the hotel who escorted us to the Riad. We were welcomed with Mint Tea and given the option to have dinner. "We booked this property based on the rating and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was the terrace room (4 flights of stairs). We seemed to be the only guests. We arrived very late at night, so I understand not getting a welcome drink as advertised. However, there was no drinking/bottled water provided either. The room was dusty and the bathroom was terrible. YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR FROM INSIDE AND LATCH IT. No privacy!!! The walls were moldy. There were NO BATH TOWELS...
