"This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs. "

"Couldn't really fault for the price paid. Modern and spotless. Good location for the town, and very friendly helpful staff. All good. Nice boozer too. Public parking around the corner - and its free! Downside is its often full during the day - better to wait until after 5pm if you can. There are plenty of other parking options around the town. All personal preference - but a later check out would have been nice; we are not 10am people!"

"Had the most comfortable 2-nite stay here. Spacious, lovely room with complete amenities and more - thoughtful touches like biscuits, chocs & sweet nibblets and coasters too! Mrs Jones is the most gracious host - wish I had more time to chat with her. Breakfast was a superbly delicious treat - was spoiled for choice. Was so full, I skipped lunch. "A bit off the beaten track with the last 2 miles being up a single vehicle road but the effort to get there is rewarded with the isolation that one can enjoy. Ideal as a walking base and this time for us as was part business we were often having to use the car to go into cardigan which spoils the purpose of being more country bound."

"This was our second stay and reminded us why we loved it the first time. The house is comfortable, the room spacious and the decor tasteful. We slept well on a comfortable bed and all the usuals in terms of tea and coffee were there along with a nice sized fridge if you wanted to put the champagne on ice.
