"Spacious rooms with all good amenities and a great location."

"I booked the house to celebrate my son’s birthday. 8 in our party ranging from 1 to 57 plus a dog. More than enough room for everyone, the house is enormous and we loved it. The garden is exceptional! There’s even a football pitch and a lake! Absolutely unbelievable! The downside for me was that the house wasn’t spotlessly clean. Lots of cobwebs and looking a little tired in places. The huge hot tub in the garden wasn’t working and has just been left to rot. There are 2 cabins down by the lake...

Perfect location 5 mins walk from the beach, shop, pub, takeaways. 5 min drive from Cardigan which happened to be holding a food festival on the Saturday when we popped in to get wetsuits. "Great property and central location to explore the southwest coast of Wales."

"Clean and tidy, nicely decorated and well furnished. Ours was only a 2 night stay and the size of property and amenities were ideal for us. There is a pub almost opposite which is a lot nicer inside than it appears from outside. Road access to Haverfordwest is easy. Only downside was fridge in room which kept my wife awake as she is a light sleeper. Otherwise recommended."

"Light, bright spacious kitchen dining area. Good sized bedrooms. Lovely open living area with comfy sofas. The garden is a bonus for drying wetsuits or, more importantly, sitting out in of an evening with a beer or two. The property has its own parking area alongside the house, separate from the car park, which you wouldn’t know was there without looking. A really quiet area within 2 minutes stroll the town centre."

"Overall a very pleasant stay with an added benefit of the pool, and well equipped with things in the house and outside, if wished to stay put ,a nice area in a position to travel to visit our family along the welsh coast as well as enjoying the surrounding countryside. most definitely try to come stay again."

"I would like to say what a lovely couple Jane and Martin are however, we felt mislead by the photographs advertising this holiday. The photos bear no resemblance to the current state of the site which is totally overgrown, this has happened over a number of years and not just a summer growth spurt. We chose this site for our dogs, we were promised a private paddock that was fenced off, the paddock was so overgrown, we couldn't even walk in it and the grass was twice as tall as our dogs who...
