"Sturdy room and bed. Clean conditions. Good water supply in shower. No problems at check-in. Wifi was not free. A popup window asked for debit/credit card payment details. I'd rather walk to McDonald's and use free wifi there (without risking my card security). Please install electrical power sockets on the wall beside the bed. It was difficult to operate an alarm clock and phone on the bedside table (needing a long extension cord across the room). "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful and the room was basic but had everything we needed. The upside of this place is that it is close to the really nice bit of town, it serves a good breakfast and is very reasonably priced. The downside is that it is above a bar that is noisy. Our room was quiet but once the window was open you could hear the pub garden till around 12 on the weekends. "

"Clean airy room, lots of natural light. Well appointed and in good condition, fruit and snacks provided in the room. Staff were friendly and professional, I was looking forward to dinner in the restaurant but due to an electrical issue in the kitchen (usually hotel speak for chef tantrum/illness) they could only provide sandwiches and salads. I was informed about this beforehand so I picked up something on the way, only to find out on arrival that it was open again. Never mind enjoyed the KFC...
