"The property is recently renovated, centrally located and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious, although it tends to get humid after showers and we needed to open up the terrace doors to ventilate. Another very minor thing is the shampoo provided is not very good, we needed to get our own from a supermarket nearby. Overall though the stay has been pleasant and it's definitely a place we recommend!"

"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff...

The only thing perspective guests should be aware of and this outside the propertys control is that there are community recycling bins right on the street which get emptied every day sometimes on multiple occasions.... In the early hours and could possibly wake you from sleep.We were certainly aware of it during our stay.Is it a deal breaker,well that's up to you."
