"Very basic accomodations. We had a room with two queen beds, bunk beds, and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. While everything was very clean, the separate bedroom had the WORST mattress I have ever slept on. There was only one small trash can in the room, no coffee maker, the pillows were flat.. however, it was very affordable, convenient, clean, and quiet."

"I had a good stay except the housekeepers were cleaning and I was coming in and out of my room to get my things from the car and she was annoyed. She didn’t say hi or smiled or anything like that. I even apologize a few times saying I’m sorry. "

"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us...

"Everything was mostly excellent, except they mistakenly double charged me for room upon check-in. They assure me charge will be refunded, but have yet to see it reflected on my credit card statement. "

"Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly. Our family loved the unlimited access to the Mt. Olympus theme park. Our rooms were not near each other and they weren’t able to adjust it, even though we requested it, but that was our only issue. Everything else was perfect "

"Every year our family picks a new destination to spend a few days together after Christmas. This year we picked Wisconsin Dells. When I came across this home, I never imagined how absolutely perfect it would be! So roomy and clean, the basket ball and game area was so fun! Great location! Very safe neighborhood. Was welcomed with a care basket of local goodies. Mary is a great communicator. She answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed!"
