Staff not especially friendly/welcoming. Breakfast staff was not attentive to guests and performed the minimum duties. Vases and fake flowers still have label's attached. Dirty windows, grates. Landscaping needed attention.

Well the staff was nonchalant, when checking in they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I was there to check in to my room at 15:00. So the room wasn’t ready I’m ok with that but I asked to get another room and they didn’t have any available as they say. So I was able to get my room closer to 16:00. Customer service and professionalism were definitely subpar.

Room was a nice size, clean. The room across the hall had a small barking dog that was barking alot. I did complain after about 2hrs & the staff just appoligized. But still had to listen to the barking & scratching on the door. Each morning, the continental breakfast was not restocked. Almost all was gone & this happened each morning, even going at different times. The 2 cereals where even gone. Bananas where brown.

No internet in my second room the room had one channel then the phone didn’t work they told me in some rooms the phone is for show and tell they don’t work . The pool smelled so bad with chlorine burning eyes and skin . They need to open a window or something it was not safe . Couch had stains everywhere both sides my white sheet had a dark stain barely any towels

Gym should be closed down!!!equipment 50 years old and broken .Nothing was working .Dirty hallways,room had smelly bed sheets.Breakfast very limited and poor .Hotel was nice 10 years ago but not anymore !!!!

Not as clean as I expected! Pool was chipping, oool deck was dirty, tables nice but dirty, I ended up washing off 3 of them, bathrooms were overflowing with waste and no toilet paper! Room was ok, went to pull out sleeper sofa and there was food in the meshing … coffee was marginal at best. The check in was flawless and the person at the desk very kind. But after the swim we called down to ask why the TV wasn’t connecting to the internet and got out on hold forever. Hung up… never did have a TV we could watch. Disappointed to say the least.

On check in we were given a key to a dirty not cleaned room. Went down to desk and was given key to another room and that one also ended up not being cleaned. Desk attendant checked third room and it was cleaned before we were given key. Front desk guy was awesome and apologized but it’s unfortunate to walk into 2 rooms that were used from last people and have to go through that hassle.

Bed sheets weren't clean, dirt everywhere, rips in the bed sheets and brown stains. There was no hot water for the first entire day, and breakfast was cold and no variety. And we didnt recive any of the complimentary toiletries they promised. On the second day there was almost no food for breakfast and the waffle machine was broken. Wasn't worth my money wouldn't try again.
