"Our first entry into our room was not the best. It smelled strongly of pot. We told the desk clerk and she was aware and told us they had a little trouble from the couple who had stayed the night before. She immediately moved us to another room, which was also an upgrade. My only question was why they put us in that original room to begin with. They had numerous room openings. The room we were moved to was fine and we were appreciative for the upgrade in rooms."

"Charming property and great facilities. The only problem was some lack of communication during this holiday period that resulted in the staff not being clear on timing for coffee/breakfast on day of departure. Otherwise great experience."

"The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "
