"My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all. "

"The staff went out of their way to help my partner and I with all our trip arrangements, directions and food allergies. My partner ones not like noise so requested the music to be turned down on occasions. There was nothing that could be done about the outside noise (when it occurred) from coming into our room on the top floor. The decor was beautiful, clean and well kept and the Hammam and massage I had was out of this world."

"It was quite far from the city centre and airport. The distance was more than 10 K. Staff very helpful and kind. They prepared our breakfast for the next as we were leaving early. That was very kind. The Room was clean but the bathroom needed to be refurbished. Floor was cracked but useable. I just wanted to thank the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for those wanted to be in the city centre . There were nothing outside the hotel to see, but the service was excellent. "
