"The rooms are a good size and feel cozy. The decor is lovely to look at. The location is walking distance to the Catedral de Sevilla, Alcazar Real, many local restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is very kind and helpful. One thing I didn't like was that the mattress was a bit too firm. If you are a back sleeper this may not be an issue for you. "Beautifully located with easy access to all Sevilla's main attractions. Quiet space with busting life just around the corner. If you're a shy person a see through bathrooms may not be ideal, little kettle and coffee station in the room would be nice but there's a coffee shop at the ground floor. The space was very clean and well looked after. "

"One of the best hotels, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, amazing staff, fresh smell throughout the hotel due to all the beautiful plants, comfortable pillows, wonderful bathroom, relaxing atmosphere etc etc! Cannot fault!"

"Comfortable, clean and in great location near the cathedral and sites. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for our family trip. Apartment had everything we needed. This was not a luxury accommodation but clean and comfortable is what I value (and apartment was priced as a value. ). "

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."

"Although the room was a standard size the balcony was very large. Booked on a whim and was very impressed with the property. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside was that there is construction in the neighbourhood but that's very common in Seville at the moment. "

"Well located and lovely hotel. Clean and smart. Got a message asking if I wanted room servicing. They do as much or as little as you want. Good amenities in the room- pod coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave. Friendly staff. The pool was not open till April, but that's no deal breaker. The fridge could be loud, but I just used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. "

"The hotel was located in the heart of the city - close to many shops, restaurants and sights. The staff were charming and helpful, and the rooms spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were changed daily. The carpets on the landings were shabby. The breakfast delicious. Good value and great location

"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The staff were very helpful and polite even when I saw them having to deal with a horrible bully who was boasting of owning a company with 500 employees and threatening that, if he didn't get his own way, he'd get everyone of them to post a 1 star review for the hotel online. The staff remained calm and polite even when dealing with this horrible jerk. "
