"Visiting the area house hunting. The hotel was perfectly located to get around. Very comfortable room, warm and very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and the evening meals too. Unfortunately the Sunday roast was disappointing, but all in all the food was good. The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Special mention to Sasha in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to provide great service, especially when the Wi-Fi failed and our order was lost. Thankyou all."

"Superb views over to Richmond Castle from the large garden. Dog friendly in all areas. Lovely breakfast. Walkable into Richmond town in about 15 mins although he Inn sits on the blind corner of a quite fast road so care needs to be taken."
