"Reception desk was ANAZING during a difficult time of massive power outages. They did a great job of keeping the service level as if there were no unique circumstances. Personable. Room very comfy. "This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. They've also let us know that the new room they had available may be noisy as it faces the freeway. We really appreciate their effort in making the arrangement and warning about noise. Every was clean and cleaning staff came everyday. Breakfast was good but we wished that there were more vegetarian options available. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the same property again! "
