"Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcome from the valet and the check in desk. The hotel is very new and modern. Our room was situated in the middle of the hall as I requested. The hotel was quiet during the night and look out to the Bellevue Square. The only concern was, the next morning it was very windy outside and we could hear the wind sound in the room. It stopped after we put a towel underneath the door."

"Quiet and not probably where you'd expect to find a hotel! The rooms were nice, clean, spacious and if you are able to get a room overlooking Lake Washington it could be an excellent place to watch the SeaFair Blue Angels display. I was limited in what i could do as I had a medical procedure to prep for down the road. Pleasant and friendly front desk host!"
