"The cabins were great. Location, property were superb. Outside and inside the cabins was awesome. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. Besides that, we will return. "

"Stay was around thankgiving, not clear if the restaurant was open. Fine if it was not but a sign said it was open for breakfast. Go in and get embarrassed. Shame, it looked really nice, and I understand if it is booked thanksgiving weekend. But awkward! Room was fun with nice view. But all sorts of problems with he smart home stuff in it. They will likely work it out. I will likely try again. "

"Its character is charming and super comfortable. The common areas are inviting. Love the rocking chairs on the porch. Easy walk into town which has plenty of shopping and dining choices! "

"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

We got in late and were given a code to get into the room. After reading all the great reviews, we were very disappointed we had to leave before breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”.
