I didnt have that particular card with me. Felt like she was pushing me through the process like in Lidl....next"

"We loved our stay! Staff was helpful and friendly We did have an issue with the AI assistant when we requested some additional bathroom items. Our items never arrived so we went to the front desk ourselves. Not an issue, but just a note for future users of the AI messaging service. "

"The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, we was able to check in earlier and I did request a bath originally didn’t have one but the lady came back up and got us moved to a new room with a bath which was lovely, all the staff was friendly, easy area ti get around we used the tram for most of our journeys but overall great hotel only 30 mins from the centre would definitely stay again "

"You know exactly what you are getting with this chain and that suited me just fine. Perfectly walkable to the major sights or if you prefer there is a LUAS tram stop a couple of minutes away. Nice quiet area, and just across the river from the Guiness brewery and storehouse. Room was clean and just right for a short break."
