"The Jewel Grande is pretty nice, the gardens, food selection, beach views and a wonderful and friendly staff. Our room, the junior suite was huge, and comfortable. The buffet staff, Tatianna was extremely kind, attentive and very friendly. The Italian restaurant was our absolute favorite. Again the hostesses and waiters were friendly and very attentive. The gift shop staff, Ashley was more than helpful as well has her coworker. The resort offers many excursions, Simone the tour guide registrar...

"My partner and I stayed here. We had a great time at the resort. It just wasn’t a long enough stay unfortunately. I got a sun burn the day before we went to the spa. They definitely took care of it more than I ever would’ve thought to. This resort was a great place to stay. We do recommend booking a flight to Ocho rios, unless you don’t mind the two hour drive from Montego Bay international airport. "

"I have visited this resort several times in the past however, my last visit I could tell that the quality of service has went down. You no longer have to make reservations for some of the restaurants. The entertainment has gotten better from previous times. "

"If you’re looking for a resort with a beautiful botanical garden setting, great food, pool and beach area look no further. The secluded au naturel beach and pool nestled away on the property is the cherry on top that you didn’t know you needed in life. Book the trip, thank me later. "

"In all a plesant stay at the resort, not really walkable to all restaurants; even with dinner reservations, you had to wait over a half hour or more. Lost back pack, no communication from staff ; only if u made contact each time. "
