"We arrived a bit after 10pm, when the staff closes the desk and access to the property. We called from the entryway and were given access via a code we entered into a lockbox right there. The place was clean, and everything worked fine. "Staff is extremely friendly. Though they don’t have a bar on premise, the hotel is located right next to the main cathedral and is a 5 min walk to the night life area. But it’s off a side street that isn’t noisy. Room is a little small but it’s fine for me "

"The front desk staff was very nice, and the property was very clean and beautiful. The area was quiet residential area which was good for us. Only one small thing is my sister's and mom's cosmetics disappeared from their luggage. Besides that, the hotel is superb."

"Bin in bathroom had previous occupants rubbish. Bin in bedroom not emptied during entire stay. Pubic hairs in corner of bathroom, still there 5 days later. Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "
