"Hicimos la reservación sin saber que aceptaban mascotas, cuando llegamos el cuarto tenía bolas de pelos enredados en el cable del teléfono y manchas en la alfombra. Dos cuartos vecinos habían metido a sus perros a escondidas y estaban ladre y ladre, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación cosa que si hicieron sin problema."

"The hotel is located very close to the centre of the city, it is an Oasis in the middle of all the concrete jungle. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool is great. I noticed a lot of families this was during the weekend. A nice place to atay with good internet service and cable. "

"We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play. I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu. "

"Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful."

"Our stay in Casa Loreta was fine. It is well situated in the historic center, yet on a quiet street. The staff was not trained well to inform visitors where to eat breakfast in front of the hotel. There was no communication between staff which made our super early in the morning arrival a bit surprising for the staff member. All in all it was fine. "
